Payment, Return & Refund Policy

Price

All the applicable taxes are included in the price of the product. While we make every effort to ensure correct product pricing and availability, in rare circumstances, there may be errors on pricing and availability. In such cases we are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to offer a replacement or cancel the sale.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only. Payment methods like Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking and UPI etc. are available on the website. The payments are accepted through secure payment gateway.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only for the orders that have not been dispatched. Once, the order is dispatched we do not entertain cancellations. In case, of customized gift boxes, where we have sourced products specially of the order, cancellation will not be allowed. In rare cases where an ordered product is not available, our team will reach out to assist you with the product replacement or the refund as the case maybe.

Order Return

We accept returns only in the case when a wrong product has been delivered to you. You can reach out to us via email – contact@thegoodstuff.in and we will provide the resolution within 3 working days. In the unlikely event of damaged or expired product, please share the order number along with the picture of the expired/damaged product. In case of genuine complaint, we will refund the amount for the product or send the replacement at no additional cost

Order Refund

We refund for the cases mentioned above. The amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment that was used for making the payment. It takes payment gateways 5-7 business days to credit the amount to you once we have initiated the refund process.
